Senior Manager (Microbiology and Food Safety)

Management

 

Responsibilities

 

1) Support HACCP, Food Safety Operations, Quality and R&D
2) Ensure that food safety standards and regulations are met consistently
3) Oversee development, implementation, maintenance, quarterly validation of HACCP plans and training
4) Manage the corporate plan
5) Serve as a lead in food safety crisis management
6) Assist with proper material handling (as related to food safety)
7) Support Engineering in start up/validation of new equipment and revisions to current processes

 

Requirements

 

1) Degree (4 year)
2) Food safety expert with HACCP certification (development and validation of HACCP plans as well as training)
3) 10 15 years of experience in QA or experience in food safety risk management and good knowledge of processes
