Where you will be working
|
|
We will be working in El Segundo in California
|
|
|
|
|
|
What you will be doing
|
|
You will be working to ensure that the appropriate
legal, safety and technical standards and policies are
implemented in our retail stores in order to protect the health
and safety of our customers and the reputation of our business,
to prevent legal action and meet customer expectations.
You will do this via ongoing monitoring and auditing. This will
involve regular travel to our stores across California, Arizona
and Nevada.
You will also collate performance data for trend analyses,
reporting purposes and performance management, engage in training
activities for our retail operations teams to ensure consistency
of approach and strict adherence to our Fresh & Easy
standards.
You will also identify opportunities to drive improvements in our
operational practices to ensure that Fresh & Easy standards
are market leading and work closely with third party audit
providers to ensure that they deliver to established key
performance indicators.

What we are looking for
|
|
Education
Bachelor of Science degree or higher preferred.
Scientific/technical background in food safety and quality
Trained/certified in food safety, and/or quality control.
