An Aerotek client is seeking an
experienced Food Scientist.
Job Description:
Food Scientist will develop and create new application work for all
products within food industry.
Responsible for evaluating the existing product line in multiple
applications and define where the product performs the best and what can be
done to improve the performance in specific applications.
Setting up and training sensory panel team for application tasting trails.
Will be extensive travel required- domestic and international.
Job Requirements:
BS/BA in a in Food Science, Biology or related field.
1+ years in savory food product development or applications.
Needs to have working knowledge of GMP, HACCP FDA, and ISO
Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
