Senior Manager – Quality Assurance (Marshfield)

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming merchandise and ingredients, the production of finished gifts, product storage, and overall customer satisfaction. This includes overseeing laboratory staff to ensure food safety and maintain laboratory procedures, completing analytical and microbiological food testing as needed, developing and implementing SQF certification plans, and partnering with various departments to develop new products to support business growth. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Food Science or related field, plus five years of experience in a quality management role. Candidates must have excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills, and must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Experience with food safety, GMPs, HACCP and SQF is essential for success in this position.
