Management

 

Responsibilities

 

1) Enhance quality/food safety programs to improve MICS and HACCP compliance score
2) Manage (effectively) technical staff and execute business plan objectives
3) Ensure that all quality programs and systems meet corporate specifications
4) Lead and ensure proper implementation of the HACCP program
5) Oversee efforts to ensure all internal and external audits are completed above acceptable levels
6) Work within framework of approved procedures, policies, processes and budgets to implement and manage all quality initiatives
7) Ensure zero defects in products

 

Requirements

 

1)      Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 5 years of sanitation experience and knowledge of USDA, HACCP and SSOPs
3) Creative with good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as ability to train others
