BS or MS in food science or related. Could be a fresh grad
with relevant internships and/or 2-5 years experience in product
development. Experince in liquid products is desired as well as experience
in culinary applications also plus. Will look at solid product development
with liquid products. Emulsion and stabilizer systems is a huge plus.
are five developmental people in the group and will report to the R&D
Manager who they are also in the process of hiring. This is a growth
position as they are growing. The company is employee owned. This person
must be good with multitasking as they will be responsible for not only
development but some quality and labeling as well. Small group that is very
