QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree with an emphasis in a food science related field.
Up to 5 years of QA experience in a food processing environment.
Proven leadership experience
Knowledge of BEEF product auditing and statistical process
control
Demonstrated knowledge of the microbiological aspects of food safety
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and supervise pre-operation examination, verifying cleanliness
and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
Resolve problems and issues with product quality.
Communicate frequently with USDA inspectors regarding product, employees,
safety, etc.
Coordinate and participate in product displays for tours and other events.
Oversee claims, label approvals, product specifications, and quality
auditing
