Divisional Food Safety/Sanitation
Manager – Overland Park, KS
This is a
full time, exempt level position.
purpose of the Food Safety/Sanitation Manager is to be a resource to all 42
ADM North American Milling facilities, to assist, to provide guidance and
consult in regard to continued improvement in all areas of Quality and Food
Safety Systems with an emphasis on pest control and sanitation. This position
will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety.

develop and implement best practices for food safety and quality programs,
procedures and training material for all facilities
an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) resource for ADM facilities and
facilities in the preparation and follow up for 3rd party and
customer food safety and quality audits including GFSI standards
or more years of experience and knowledge of food safety and sanitation in
the grain processing industry
of GFSI standards preferred
management, analytical and problem solving skills
to effectively communicate (verbal and written) to all levels and functions
of employees and customers
knowledge of stored product insects and pesticide usage(advanced knowledge
to get multiple states’ Pesticide Applicator license
in computer data bases and Microsoft Office applications
to travel up to 50% of the time
physicality of this position includes working indoors/outdoors, standing,
kneeling, operating a keyboard, sitting and standing for prolonged periods
of time, climbing stairs/ladders and the ability to work in confined spaces
in a variety of environmental conditions.
