As a Lab Assistant III you will perform routine chemical
procedures including sample preparation for analysis within the
Nutritional Chemistry and Food Safety department.

Responsibilities:
• Modify established procedures within specified guidelines.
• Operate general lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform calculations and conversions, and compile the data
obtained.
• Instruct other technicians as required.
