The Agricultural
Utilization Research Institute (AURI) is a unique & innovative
nonprofit institution dedicated to providing scientific and technical
assistance to Minnesota industries and entrepreneurs. AURI is seeking a
candidate to fill the position of Food Science & Nutrition Assistant
in Crookston. This is a part time position of 20 hours per week. This
position does not include benefits. The incumbent will provide lab
assistance to help facilitate technology transfer and applied research
for value-added opportunities to clients and initiatives of AURI.
Required qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a
related field and 2 years relevant experience in food science and
nutrition. Preferred qualifications are a Master's Degree in Food
