Job Summary
|
|
Must possess at minimum two to four years of
technical service experience in the chemistry of food colorants.
Knowledge of the food and food related industries, and prior work
experience with food colorants is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in
Chemistry, Biochemistry or Food Science is required. Master’s Degree in
Food Science with some knowledge of natural color pigments is
preferred.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected
to perform the following successfully:
- react to client
requirements
- analyze opportunities and problems
- initiate/provide creative solutions
- ability to organize and set priorities
- effectively communicate with internal and external clients
