A rapidly growing local
company is seeking a food formulator or application scientist to develop
functional foods including cereals, snacks, candy, dairy, beverages and other
food products. The job duties include: - Apply functional
ingredients to various forms of foods and beverages. - Evaluate and test the
functional food product. - Provide guidance for the
functional food processing. The ideal candidate would
require at least a bachelor's degree in food science or nutrition with at
least three years of experience in food manufacturing or development.
