QUALITY ASSURANCE AND
FOOD SAFETY SPECIALIST
AUNT MILLIE'S BAKERY is seeking a Quality Assurance and Food Safety Specialist
to assist in the gathering of data/documentation and the coordination/running
of the Quality System.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
* Inspections/internal and external audits
* Vendor qualifications
* Handling of customer comments
* Material non-conformance
* Corrective and preventative actions
Successful candidates must possess the following skills:
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and Office
* Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills.
* Analytical qualities
* Experience in the food industry or Quality systems is preferred, but not
required.
