Food Scientist – Southwest USA
Major:Food Science or Fd Biochemistry
The goal is to meet consumer needs for a spectrum of
convenient foods and beverages while reducing the Company’s impact on the
environment through water, energy and packaging initiatives.
· Industrial and/or academic experience in food product
development, ingredient functionality, process/product interaction, fundamental
food chemistry and experimental design principles are highly desirable. ·
Ph.D in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Food Biochemistry, Grain Chemistry or
related fields. · 10+ years of industrial experience.
· Will employ leading edge technology to explore and define
novel food processing solutions and will provide Company with both
technical and business competitive advantages. · Will lead key corporate
Food Processing Research projects, provide food science consultation to a team
of engineers and collaborate with R&D colleagues from Company’s
regional R&D centers across the globe.
LOCATION: SOUTH WESTERN USA
SALARY: $105,000 + (commensurate with experience)
