Develop products from initial concept thru to production in a food
manufacturing company. This will include scale up, shelf life studies,
process development, troubleshooting, costing (cheaper, better, faster)
and ingredient functionality (substitute, suggest and reformulation). We
are looking for someone with a variety of products background.
* BS Food Science or Culinary Arts.
* Product development experience (including benchwork, scale up and
