Technologist - Food Science Degree – South Gate, CA
for the development of new value added products for the berry and fruit
processing / packaging operations to meet customers needs. Products and processes include
frozen strawberries, peaches, mangos and other fruits and vegetables.
Provide enhanced frozen fruits and vegetables products to food service,
retail and private label markets.
Develop products from conception to production that meet customers specifications and needs.
Manage and complete assigned research & development projects in
a timely manner.

Maintain production formulas and process

experience in product development, quality assurance and/or
