Job Description

Crown I is a Food Service Manufacturing Company located in Mid Suffolk and we have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Manufacturing. We are a dynamic, state of the art manufacturing plant.

We are looking for a qualified food service professional, who can help build a team. We are looking for a special candidate who is experienced in Production, Cost and Yielding, as well as New Product Development. The candidate must be able to multitask, train, and maintain the highest degree of food quality and presentation, sanitation and safety and USDA knowledge.

3-5 years of Food Service Management Focus on quality, sanitization, food costs and presentation
