Technologist, New Product Development will be responsible for the development
of new products and maintenance of existing products for
. This individual will interact directly with key customers,
sales and marketing in the development aspect of the new product cycle.
Extensive interfacing with manufacturing is required during the project
implementation phase and when executing cost savings projects. The
ability to operate very independently and be highly adaptable to change is a

internal and external resources.
Direct interfacing with the
technologists and marketing teams to identify target product
formulations, prototype development, on-site commercialization at the
manufacturing site, and preparation of all technical documentation.
Work with Sales and Marketing
to provide a level of technical services to the customers
Extensive understanding of
existing production capabilities at selected sites.
Individual project portfolio to
include line extensions, cost optimization, and quality improvements.
Participate in New Concept
BS/MS in Food Science/Cereal
Science or related discipline and strong bakery product
development/formulation experience. 0-3 years
experience in fresh/frozen baked goods preferred. Good
communication and computer skills.
