The Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences at Utah State University has opened a tenure track position for a Food Products specialist (70% Extension, 25% research, and 5% service).  The successful candidate will be responsible for development of state-wide extension programming to assist small businesses with start up issues related to production and processing of foods.
