Job Description
We are conducting a search for a manager to identify,
analyze, and implement LEAN/ Six Sigma cost savings and process improvement
projects, in a specialty food/food supplements mfg.plant.
This position requires an Engineering or Science degree, 5-10 yrs. Six
Sigma/ LEAN exp. in an FDA/ GMP manufacturing environment addressing
similar improvement programs. Preferred candidates will have pharmaceutical
or food industry experience.
This is an excellent, growing company, which is investing heavily in
continuing their growth in a very profitable market. The primary
manufacturing plant has over 500 people and continues to grow. This
opportunity is located in in Charlotte, NC.
Our client requires a strong hands-on team player/leader
with excellent communication skills. This is your opportunity to
design, implement and manage a continuous improvement program from the
ground up.
Starting salary target can range from $90-100K base plus a
10% bonus and relocation package.
