to hospitals after they took ill due to suspected food poisoning during a
marriage ceremony at Wajipdpur village in Baghpat district, police said on Monday. The incident took place on sunday night
when the guests complained of headache, vomiting and stomach disorders after
taking a sweet dish, they said. The guests were rushed to different hospitals in the area, police said adding that samples of the food items
have been collected from the spot for investigation. |
