KSR is seeking a Food Science Graduate for an R&D
Lab Technician position with a food company in the South Los Angeles area.
Monday- Friday, 1st shift
Contract position
Pay Rate: $14-17/hr
- Assist in preparation and cooking of formulas
- Mixing, blending and testing of raw materials &
finished products
- Work with thermometers, cookers, bench top mixes
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis and related
documentation to Organic Nature of the product
- BS in Food Science
- 0-2 years of industry experience a plus
