principles underlying the processing and deterioration of foods.
' Research ways to make processed foods safe, palatable, and healthful.

food technologists, engineers, plant operators, sensory experts, packaging,
marketing, and sales in order to drive the product development process.
' Evaluate food processing and storage operations,

' Candidates with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred.

alignment demonstrated by a track record for building strong relationships
with business partners outside of direct team.
