We are
representing an established food processor located in Central WA that is
searching for a Technical Service Supervisor to join their team. This
position will lead our technology transfer from client companies on
specially ordered products by developing and formulating bench top
prototypes and scale up to full scale production. This position will also
manage assignments to maintain customer information sheets and optimize
blending, enrobing, and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in production, QA and R&D.
Duties:
Multi-tasking: having the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
Computer Skills: proficient in Microsoft word, excel,
NAV, SharePoint.
Detail oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines under stress/pressure.
Ability to work in a multifunctional team.
Must show initiative and ability to work
independently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related
field
5 years of related experience in QA, R&D or
production in a food manufacturing facility. Experience in all areas a
plus.
Experience in GFSI auditing (BRC
