We are seeking an account
coordinator for our Food Safety & Quality group to manage
assigned food safety customers and be the primary point of contact for all
NSF services. Manage and coordinate food safety audit programs as
agreed upon between NSF, clients, and customers. This position is expected to last
approximately three (3) months.
1.Manage annual audit projects for assigned customers from request through
audit completion and invoicing.
2.Review audit requests for completeness and
promptly contact customers with initial request status (i.e. notice of
receipt, required additional information, fee estimation and estimated turnaround
3.Communicate any customer special needs, requests,
requirements or deadlines to auditors to assure customer needs are understood
and will be met by each auditor.
4.Review and distribute audit reports, follow up
letters, and other written correspondence.
5.Assist with corrective action follow-up and
completion to satisfy client requirements.
6.Accurately maintain customer databases such as
OASIS and Nucleus.
7.Create audits and run program reports.
8.Assist with auditor calibration and provide feedback
to business unit on auditor performance.
9.Assist with coordination and participate in new
auditor training and annual auditor calibration meetings.
10.Handle all incoming internal/external customer
concerns regarding the business unit's audits and services.
11.When appropriate, during customer communication,
introduce services and programs to existing customer base and future
prospects to further expand business.
12.Perform other duties as requested.
2.A minimum of two (2) years related work
3.Ability to work independently and follow through
on all assignments.
4.Strong knowledge of geography, mapping, logistics.
5.Exceptional attention to detail.
6.Excellent organizing and multi-tasking skills.
7.Experience with customer service.
8.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word,
Excel, Outlook, etc.
9.Strong communication skills.
2.Three (3) years or more relevant industry
3.Work experience with a food processor,
supermarket, or restaurant company/organization.
1.Required to sit for long periods of time.
2.Light physical effort required (ability to move 5
- 10 lbs. from one area to another).
