Gielow has an immediate full-time
opening in our Lexington Plant for a Food Safety/Product Quality
Coordinator. This position comes with full benefit options. Candidates must
possess: *HACCP and SQF Certification *Bachelor's degree in business,
environmental health, food science or related field and 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
*Experience in food processing industry is preferred *Working knowledge of
HACCP, GMP, GAP, and all aspects of food preparation, production, and
storage as well as personal hygiene *Excellent written and verbal
communication skills *Job requires strong math, communication, and computer
skills *Must have pleasant, outgoing personality and interact well with
government officials, auditors, management, and co-workers *Able to oversee
the development and maintenance of food safety and product quality systems
to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
