Quality Assurance Technician - Cup Pac Packaging, Inc.

Qualified candidates must have:

            *3-5 years Quality Assurance experience in the food industry

            *Excellent cGMP knowledge

            *HACCP Plans and audit experience

            *Familiarity with SQF and AIB compliance

            *Strong technical writing skills (be able to provide sample on request)

            *Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency

            *Ability to work independently and as part of the team

            *Bachelor’s degree (or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree) 

           

Responsibilities will include:

            *training employees on food safety, regulations, etc.

            *creating and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specifications

            *implementing programs

            *writing investigational/incident reports

            *writing summary reports for executed experiment, qualification, and                                              validation protocols

 

The starting salary will be $37,000-$40,000 per year, depending upon experience.
