Supervise daily activities of production floor, coordinating
responsibilities with Operations, Sanitation and Engineering departments.
Training and development of all members of the department, including
Evaluation reviews of department personnel.
Knowledgeable of HACCP and SSOP regulatory requirements.
Basic HACCP certification is required.
Drafting SOP`s, facility action plans, internal and third party audits.
Ability to manage 10-15 associates.
Bachelors Degree in Food Science or
related field.Minimum of five years Quality Assurance/Food Safety or
other related experience.
