SAN DIEGO -- Four
crew members and 84 passengers have contracted the norovirus
on a cruise ship that sails out of San
Diego, 10News reported.
The Holland America Oosterdam ship departed San Diego on Feb. 21 for a cruise
to Baja California last week and is due to return early Saturday morning.
Passengers infected with the norovirus -- which includes stomach flu-like symptoms --
were quarantined to their cabins, a Holland America representative said. The
representative also said the ship would be sterilized once it returns to San Diego.
