QA/QC/HACCP + Manager/Supervisor/Technician - Pelleh Poultry

Job Description: Will manage all aspects of HACCP and food safety compliance for small poultry plant. Complete, review, and file records for HACCP, Sanitation, and Pest Control. Conduct daily GMP/Sanitation inspections, document findings, and oversee corrective actions. Will be the primary contact person in the company to interact with USDA Inspectors on a daily basis and responsible for all regulatory compliance issues. Conduct employee training and enforce personnel policies.
Qualifications: Certified HACCP Training and knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation standards. Experienced working in a USDA-regulated slaughter operation. Good written and verbal communication skills, and computer literate. Self-motivated and capable of accomplishing multiple tasks without direct supervision.
