We currently seek a Senior Protein Scientist with demonstrated R&D
and commercialization experience to provide the scientific direction
for and work with other PhD's and engineers to assist in the process
development and commercialization of a fast growth protein product. As
the Senior Protein Scientist you will be working as part of a team of
exceptional scientists, engineers, and technicians to develop and
refine innovative protein separation, extraction and processing
techniques. Given that our client is on the fast track to
commercialization this opportunity is not for the timid. Occasional
travel may be required.
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
- PhD in chemistry, biology
or other protein science related field
- A minimum of 5 years of
experience in private sector
- Experience working within
an interdisciplinary environment
- Solid experience in
independent lab scale research and development
- Demonstrable exposure to
industrial processing
