Health & Safety/Food Safety /Regulatory Affairs Coord, Camp Hill, PA

This is an exempt level position.

Position Profile:

While working both in an office and industrial facility, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities to implement and apply the ADM Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental principles. As you assist in directing the location to be in constant compliance with all federal, state and local government regulations, you will develop and implement programs, records, reporting, and training in health and safety, food safety, environmental compliance, sanitation, and quality (including orientation, annual training and training for contractors). You will prepare reports and implement requirements. Also, coordinate and participate in audits, prioritizing and tracking the completed findings, recommend corrective action – ensuring that unsafe behavior and conditions are corrected.


A college degree in Safety Management, Loss Prevention, Industrial Hygiene or related field is preferred. Three + years of working experience in the related field is a must. A working knowledge of plant operations as it relates to food processing is preferred. You should have excellent command of the following: computers, communications, problem solving, and leadership skills as well as the ability to work as a strong team member. This working supervisor position requires the ability to walk, climb ladders, use tools, work in confined spaces, and extreme temperatures.
