Product Development/Food Technologist
Immediate F/T position w/benefits. Responsible for developing new products
from an initial concept through production scale-up, adapting existing
formulas and improvement of existing product processes according to project
requirements and timeline. Requires excellent verbal and written
communication skills, excellent analytical skills, strong project
management skills, proven problem solving skills, detail attentiveness and
ability to develop & generate reports, resolve quality issues, handle
deadlines in a flexible & positive manner, and multi-task in a fast
paced environment. Must be proficient in Word & Excel, and an Automated
Information System (comparable to SAP). Requires BS degree (Food Science
preferred). A minimum of 5 years exp in Food Technology; beverage
development experience ideal.
