Leprino has an immediate opening at its headquarters in
northwest Denver for a Director – Food Safety & Regulatory
Affairs. The position is responsible for ensuring that:
· Ensuring
that all LFC produces, processes and production facilities comply with
applicable Food Regulations.
· Food safety
plans for all LFC product lines are developed.
· Leads
regulatory approval efforts for new processes, equipment and facilities.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in
Food Science or Allied Sciences or equivalent experience. In addition
applicants need to possess 10 -15 years experience in food regulatory from
both an industry and government perspective. Prior experience in food
manufacturing, quality systems and compliance audit is also required.
Incumbent must be willing to travel up to 50% and be available 24/7.
