position manages and ensures adherence to the company’s food safety and
HACCP programs through documentation management, specification review,
personnel training, and audits.

PRODUCT QUALITY
AND FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT-
Coordinate micro sample submission
and re-test
Prepare Customer Certificate Of
Analysis (COA's)
Update and revise HACCP documents and
procedures
Update and revise Quality Systems
Manual
Assist with Customer Specification
Review
Assist in issuing Internal
Specifications
Manage Grower Pesticide Reports
Manage Grower GAP and Field Audits
Manage Pest Control Reports
Manage Pesticide Residue Program
Manage Vendor Approval documents
Perform Mock Recall (6 months)
Perform Crisis Management call
exercise (6 months)
Schedule lab weight, microscope, and refractometer calibration
Vendor COA review
Verify Chlorine Dioxide analyzers
(HACH)
Other duties as assigned by
