R&D Food Tech - Product Development
This position reports to the Senior Food Scientist and is in charge of producing the bench top/lab samples of new products and enhancing the formulas, ingredients, recipes of current products.
This position also oversees the transition of product development from bench top to commercial production and assists in the development of processing techniques so that new products adapt to manufacturing feasibility. Experience with thermal processing desired.
BS Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Culinary Certification
2-5 years of food industry experience with product development; recipe development
