Harrisburg University of Science and Technology is seeking a full-time
Sensory Science Research Coordinator for the HU Consumer Insights Research
Laboratory. This laboratory is located within the HU Food Science and
Technology Center in Harrisburg, PA. Minimum qualifications include a
Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Biology, or
related field with experience in food science, subject recruitment,
surveys, statistical analysis, and study design. Undergraduate research
experience is desired in addition to strong organizational and
communication skills, time management, and the ability to work
independently. Demonstrated experience in food science education,
workshop management, project coordination, and public outreach
activities is desired. This person will also be responsible for
supporting other education, research, and outreach activities of the HU
Food Science and Technology Center as well.
