Food Process Technologist - NPD
Job
Description:
We are looking for individuals with experience in a
chilled food manufacturing environment meats or produce with at least one
year of management experience. Ideal candidates should have experience
stewarding new products from the development phase through production and
strong computer skills including familiarity with the full MS office suite.
Candidates must also be comfortable working in a hands
on capacity on the production floor and training and interacting with all
levels of the production team.
You will carry out the transfer and scale up of new fresh food products
from our test kitchens to the manufacturing kitchens and manage the process
from concept through to launch. You will ensure the accurate
specifications, artwork and back of pack information is in compliance with
company standards and California Code and work very closely with our
development, production, planning and technical departments.
