Description:

Food Safety/QA Analyst for a Salt Lake employer (84104).
This position assists the Food Safety Manager to ensure the food safety
system at the plant is properly written, documented and implemented -
thus ensuring USDA regulatory compliance and the production of safe and
wholesome meat products. This is an entry level professional position in
the Food Safety department. Incumbent will be learning the plant Food
Safety system while performing the job duties. Full time position, 2nd
shift (approximately 3:30pm to midnight). Days off arranged with
employer. Salary is negotiable.
