Dairy Foods Business Unit: Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States.

Position Purpose: Provide technical support on projects to the scientists. Routinely conduct benchtop and pilot plant experiments, records data and reports observations. provide interpretation of data with scientists guidance.Organizes, plans and conducts independent benchtop, pilot plant and plant trials.Able to conduct and interpret multi-variable experimental designs.Continuously reach out to experts and suppliers to garner technology information.Develop a depth of knowledge in their area of primary technical Coordinates & executes cleaning and maintenance of all R&D resources.

Required (Basic) Experience & Education: BS Food Science or Dairy Science from an accredited university with at least 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Experience & Education: MS in Food or Dairy Science

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with team members and the ability to achieve accelerated time tables while maintaining cooperative working relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Percentage of Travel: 15-20%
