QC Analyst in all facets of laboratory testing and recordkeeping.
-Proficiency in all aspects of various tests from sample collection and
handling to media preparation, proper methodology,
reading/counting/analysis of results to proper recording.
-Analyses shall include but not be limited to, coliform plate counts, standard
plate counts as well as approved alternative methods, butterfat, DMC count,
bacterial and animal drug residue screening, animal drug residue and all
microbiological and analytical procedures as required.
-Any special assignments.
of 2 year associate’s degree in a related field of study (i.e., Food
Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry);
