Job Summary
Individual will be working for the Frozen Innovation team working
directly with a Senior Project Leader assisting with daily development
activities. These include: Culinary and prototype development of Culinary
Gold Standards. Bench and pilot scale development of the prototypes.
Understand the Microbiology, Analytical, Sensory, Nutrition and Product
Labeling for foods.
Responsibilities
Will be performing bench top product development, working with pilot
plant and vendors using, understanding sensory food attributes to
articulate technical results to cross functional team members. -
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years Food or related experience with a BS degree in Food
Science. Ideal candidate will have some experience in bench top product development,
pilot plant experience, working with vendors, understanding sensory food
attributes and able to articulate technical results to cross functional
team members. Should be familiar with specifications basic analytical and
microbiology in order to produce high quality safe products. Culinary
experience would be a bonus. Familiarity with dairy and tomato based
products and familiarity on the technical procedures required to produce
these products in a hygienic environment. Frozen food experience would be
great, but not required
