Responsibilities:
|
- Development of new products
and line extensions from bench top to commercialization
- Provide technical support
for start up operations in production
- Formulate cost reduced
versions of existing products
- Assist in the evaluation of
new technology and processes
- Document all testing
procedures and prepare recommended production procedures
- Interact with other departments
such as QA, Production, Scheduling, Marketing to assure a successful
project
- Under supervision, works on
projects assigned
|
|
Qualifications:
|
- BS in Food Science or
related field plus a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
preferred.
- MS in Meat /Food Science or
related field plus a minimum of one year relevant work experience
preferred
- May travel up to 40% of
time.
- Enhance technical skills
and personal improvement through completion of appropriate training
