We are currently accepting applications/resumes for
a Food Technologist for our Moore, OK location.
Essential functions include:
- Perform basic test runs
to validate or modify experimental formulas and processing
procedures.
- Inspects raw ingredients
for maturity and stability for processing.
- Collects and documents
records on formulas, specifications, process and packaging.
- Improves food products by
enhancing composition, flavor, and nutrition.
- Inspects food processing
areas to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Presents recommendation
and solutions to Sales and Customer Service personnel.
Successful candidates will have:
- 2 years Food Science
experience is required.
- Associates Degree in Food
Science or related field required.
- Requires knowledge of
food and safety regulations.
- Basic PC skills are
required.
- Excellent oral and
written communications skills.
