Prelaunch phase: Position is to
support and advise the start up team to get the factory

Helps administer procedures and SOP’s to achieve the right
qualifications as density, headspace, organoleptical
qualities, color of the various different products.
Support Production with following up procedures as defined
in NPDI, recipe management,

MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
· BS Food
Science, Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering or other scientific
disciplines required. Advanced degree a plus.
