Snacks processes in the role of Quality and Food Safety Intern
from exposure to program audits, quality documentation, and supportive

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Quality and Food Safety Intern at
Kellogg's, you will be part of our success by:
· Updating quality
documentation certificate of analysis, hazard analysis critical control
points (HACCP) forms and operator logs
· Updating
production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard operating
conditions (SOCs)
· Performing routine
audits of quality programs and providing analysis of findings
· Performing
analysis of data collected from various quality related programs such as
the product evaluation systems and business warehouse
WHAT DO I NEED TO
DEMONSTRATE?

role, you must also be able to demonstrate the following:
• Currently enrolled in a
full-time, degree program at an accredited college or university
• Ability to demonstrate academic excellence through
achievements such as Dean’s list, honor societies, academic awards, or
other distinctions
• Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
• Build effective working relationships with all plant
employees, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to meet
deadlines.
• Able to maintain confidential and proprietary
information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preference will be given to those candidates who
possess the following attributes:
•
Pursuing a degree or having completed coursework with a Food Science
major
• Cumulative grade point average
(GPA) of 2.5, or better, on a 4.0 scale
