Job Description

Kelly Scientific Resources currently has a three month (possibly longer) food science technician position available at an extremely reputable company in the Twin Cities metro area.

In this position you would be formulating beverage and food products with new high potency sweeteners as well as conducting sensory and stability testing.
The candidate will be working closely with a senior food scientist who will be supervising activities and assigning day-to-day work.
The candidate should not have any food allergies or on a restricted diet because you would be working across a wide range of food categories.

Requirements:
BS in Food Science or relevant experience.
At least 1 year of experience preferred.
