Manager/Lead Auditor – Saint Louis, MO We are a leading global supplier of food services to top tier branded companies. We are a FTSE 100 company, with over 20,000 employees worldwide. We are seeking an experienced auditor in North America to join our team. New business has resulted in the expansion of our auditing and consulting division.
As
Certification Manager, work with our team to maintain procedures, policies,
activities and record-keeping to meet our accreditation requirements. Perform auditing services with objective
assessments of functions and procedures for customers primarily in food area
as per qualifications. Conduct food
safety and quality system audits for plants and processing facilities. Assist in consulting and education services
of the company. Maintain
correspondence and data interpretation for new and existing customers. Perform product quality evaluations. Represent our company at trade shows and
seminars. Supervise or participate
with special projects as assigned by the management team.
Requirements BS Degree in food science, microbiology, engineering or a related field to support your work in the food industry 3-5 years auditing experience HACCP certification Industry expertise in: quality assurance, production facilities, operational processing in a food environment. Trained in international food standards (e.g., BRC, IFS, ISO22000, SAFE, or FSSC22000) Outstanding oral and written communication skills EXTENSIVE TRAVEL (60%) |
