Franz FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION FOREPERSON: Franz is looking for a full time employee who has a good attitude, is self-motivated, detail-oriented, at least one year experience as a supervisor, proficient in Excel and Outlook, and have excellent work habits. Must be able to maintain food safety standards, supervise up to 20 staff members, and be capable of overseeing and implementing food safety programs. Applicants must have at least one year experience working in a manufacturing/food industry environment. This job has extreme physical requirements: ability to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach over-head, lift and push/pull up to 100 lbs regularly in our high temperature environment. This position may have weekends off and start times could vary due to business needs. Must be flexible to work any shift/day at this 24/7 facility. Wage is $19.60 plus shift differential.
