Food Science: University of Wisconsin-Stout, Department of
Food and Nutrition. Faculty position in Food Science with an emphasis in
Food Engineering to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Design and
deliver innovative curricular strategies utilizing digital learning.
Additional responsibilities include research, thesis supervision, student
advisement and professional service. Requirements: Ph.D. in Food Science
from an accredited degree-granting institution with emphasis in food
engineering; university teaching experience in food science, food
engineering and/or food packaging; research or grantsmanship
experience; and membership in a related national professional organization
required. Student mentoring and experience in building partnerships with
industry preferred. Screening begins: April 29, 2011 and will continue
until position is filled. Starting Date: Candidate must begin work on
